Driver Announcement - Adam Clark

We’re excited to announce that Adam Clark will be competing with us this season in the highly competitive Airtec Motorsport ST240 Championship, starting this weekend at Brands Hatch.

Adam is no stranger to the fiesta paddock, last year he competed in the ST240 Championship where he finished 14th overall, having only competed in 5 out of 7 weekends. He also managed 6 podium finishes in his class and 2 fastest laps! Adam also competed in the mk6 Fiesta in 2022, running alongside the more powerful 240s, he finished the season 4th in his class.

In preparation for the season Adam has completed a couple of test days and is keen to get back behind the wheel. 

Adam is confident in his decision of joining the team and said “I am excited about starting my journey with Jamsport Racing. This is only my second year in a MK7 ST240 and after last season amazing results, we are keen to move forward this year with the team. With Having the main man Dan Going as my mechanic I know the car will always be ready. With the training Jamie gives and the support and guidance from the entire Jamsport team. It feels more like a racing family. Let the 2024 season begin.”

Team principal, Jamie Going added “Mine and Adams relationship started from us doing an endurance race together in his Fiesta ST150 some years ago, since then our relationship has grown and we have always got along and had a laugh in the paddock so it just feels right him joining the team. Adam showed great pace last season so I cant wait to work with him to build on that and help him to progress even further with his racing career, we look forward to seeing what we can achieve together this season’
