Driver Announcement - Rashan Chigorimbo

We are pleased to announce Rashan Chigorimbo Racing has signed for the 2023 BRSCC Fiesta Junior Championship season with us!

Rashan is one of our 2022 scholarship finalists and has retuned to the team to compete in his first ever fiesta junior season. Rashan will be competing in a Mk6 Fiesta alongside team mate Marcel. Rashan has been karting since the age of 4 and has gone on to win several karting championships since, including the Kent County Championship and the Little Green Man Series. During his time karting he has achieved a total of 60 podium finishes, 34 of which were race wins.

Testing is well underway for Rashan and with his previous success we have no doubt that he will be a strong contender this season.

Jamsport are developing me in all areas and helping me become a professional racing driver and I’m really excited to be working with them.”

Team Principle, Jamie Going added ‘I can’t wait to work with Rashan this season, from his very first time in car with me he has shown some great potential. With him joining our Driver Development Programme he will be working alongside our media team JS Media & with Maree on fitness I can’t wait to see how he progresses throughout the season’
